Overview

On build, own, operate and maintain basis and to provide transmission service on a long term basis to the identified Long Term Transmission Customers (LTTCs) as per the terms and conditions of Transmission Service Agreement

• Two GIS substations
  • 400/220kV GIS substation at Darbhanga, Bihar
  • 400/132kV GIS substation at Motihari, Bihar
• 277 Ckt. km of Quad AAAC /Triple Snowbird Conductor 400kV Double Circuit Inter-State transmission lines:
  • Muzaffarpur PGCIL Substation to 400kV DMTCL Darbhanga GIS substation in Bihar
  • LILO to Barh – Gorakpur 400kV line from 400kV DMTCL Motihari GIS substation in Bihar
• Project achieved COD on 10th August 2017
